Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as goods sold are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will exchange for a credit note that may be used in either of our stores. If you’re not happy with something you have bought from us you can find our Returns & Exchanges Policy below. Due to health regulations however, we will not be able to accept swimwear.
All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied with a valid receipt. Products purchased from a retail store are only eligible for a refund if they are faulty, different to a sample shown, do not do what they are supposed to or are of poor quality. This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Returns and exchanges can only be done through one of our retail stores. In some cases faulty items may be sent back to suppliers for assessment before a refund is authorised.
